ScoreBoardNow is a sports scorekeeping platform that allows users to track live game scores, manage teams and organizations, receive real-time notifications, and interact with other sports community members.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including scores submitted and content posted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit intentionally false or misleading scores
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users via shouts or any feature
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (team names, scores, shout messages, feedback). By submitting content, you grant ScoreBoardNow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

6. Scoring Accuracy

ScoreBoardNow relies on community-submitted scores. While we implement measures to promote accuracy (trust tiers, geo-verification, rate limiting), we do not guarantee the accuracy of any score displayed on the platform. Scores should not be relied upon for official record-keeping, gambling, or any purpose requiring verified accuracy.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreBoardNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
