When you use our mobile app, we may collect device type, operating system version, push notification tokens, and app version for the purpose of delivering notifications and improving performance.

Location Data

If you enable location-based features (such as geo-verified scoring), we collect your approximate location only during active use of those features. Location data is not stored permanently and is used solely to verify proximity to game venues.

• With other users: Your name and profile picture are visible to other users of teams and organizations you belong to. Scores you submit are attributed to you.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), email delivery (Resend), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and deployment (Vercel).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. API communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication tokens are securely managed.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.
