Q: How does AI Scoreboard Capture work? A: Simply take a photo of a physical scoreboard, and our AI uses computer vision and OCR technology to automatically extract the scores and game information. You review and verify the extracted data before saving.

Q: Is the AI always accurate? A: No. AI features can make mistakes, especially with faded, worn, or unusual font scoreboards. Always review AI-extracted scores before publishing. If you notice inaccuracies, manually correct them or report the issue to our support team.

Q: What happens to photos I take for Scoreboard Capture? A: Photos are processed by our AI system to extract scores, then deleted from our servers after processing (unless you opt into AI training). We do not store photos unless you choose to enable AI training.

Q: Can the AI see people in my scoreboard photos? A: Our AI is designed to focus on extracting scoreboard data only. However, if people appear in your photo, the AI may process them as part of the image. We recommend taking photos that focus on the scoreboard itself to avoid capturing people.

Q: How do I opt out of AI data training? A: Go to Settings > Privacy > AI Training and toggle 'Allow AI Training' off. Your interactions will not be used to improve our AI models.
