What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, address, date of birth)
• Your profile picture
• Your notification preferences and push notification tokens
• Your feedback submissions
• Your order history
• Your store data and product listings (if you are a store owner)

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained in anonymized form to maintain the integrity of game records:

• Game scores and events — Historical game data is kept for public game records, but your name and personal information are removed.
• Team membership records — Your association with teams is removed, but team records remain intact.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Us

Send an email to support@scoreboardnow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Option 2: In-App Request

1. Open the ScoreBoardNow app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap About
4. Use the Report a Bug button to submit a deletion request

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
